Green King Hawian Smoothy
½-1 cup almond milk
1 frozen or fresh banana
½-1 cup pineapple pieces or pineapple juice
2-3 kale stalks (stems removed)
1/8 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
or mango, apple or any fruit
2 tblsp flax seed or chia seeds
3 ice cubes
